About Ladders for Leaders.
Ladders for Leaders is a nationally recognized program that offers high school and college students the opportunity to participate in paid professional summer internships with leading corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies in New York City.
What does the program offer?

Who is eligible

*** Please keep in mind that any NYC Ladders for Leaders applicant who is also interested in the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) will need to apply for SYEP separately when the application becomes available.
The deadline to submit applications is 01/20/2025. There are 36 days left before the deadline.
PLEASE NOTE: you may only submit one application for Ladders for Leaders. Selection into Ladders for Leaders is based on CBO approval and all hiring decisions are made by participating employers. Being selected for and completing the Ladders for Leaders pre-employment training does not guarantee internship placement.
